• Provide post sales telephone, email and in person technical support to customers.

• Bachelor of Electrical or Computer Engineering Degree (Cairo, Ein Shams or Alexandria Universities).
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent Operating System knowledge such as Windows 95/98. Windows NT & Macintosh knowledge is a plus.
• Candidates should have experience with Web browsers configurations.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and troubleshooting skills, in addition to technical understanding of Internet services.
• MCP or MCSE is a plus.
